send a document to someoneu2019s inbox

Hi All,

BOXI 3.1 SP2 FP 2.1 with windows server 2003.

unable to send documents to others inbox .but other members of my user group able to send the report to others inboxes.

Need help

You should have a Add Object, View Object. Copy Object to another folder permission for the targeted user under User and User Groups in CMC.

Also you should have Add Object. View Object and Copy Object to another folder permission to targeted user's Inbox under "Inbox".

Also check the Top Level security for "User and User Group" and "Inbox". Should have View permssion in order to see the list of other users.

Hi,

double check your group membership if there is a group who has granted this right than you maybe are not in that group. If your colleagues can do that and not you than maybe there are in that group but not your user account.
