email transmission for the Service Level Reporting

Hi,

We have configured the automatic email transmission for the Service Level Reporting and added the recipients.From which id it send emails/reports and where is it configured?

Hello,

I believe you would change the SLR reporting user the same way you would change it for EWA. Saying that, the person that is responsible for running job (sm:exec services) will be the person who will be sending out the emails. To have another user such as SOLMAN_ADMIN send these emails out, then these jobs will have to be ended and new jobs created with your new user. Also, if the above does not solve your issue, I would check job RDSMOPBACK_AUTOSESSIONS to ensure that the correct user is assigned to it.

Hi,

You will get the mail from user name with which you have maintained all service level reporting config.

Email id can be maintained in SU01 for that particular user.

Revert back in case any clarification is required.
