Hi,

As per Rajarao said end user manual is always client buisness specific.

You can see SAP standard Guide available in below link

http://help.sap.com/bp_bl603/BBLibrary/Content_Library_BL_EN_IN.htm

It is sap standrd doccument .

Where you can search for QM related documents

Dear Gjravinh,

As my friends have correctly said user guides are client specific document, following are guidelines in making user Guide :

1) First list down the Business processes in your module, like in QM it could be Incoming Inspection, In process inspection, final inspection, pre -despatch inspection, recurring insp. etc.

2) Then for each business process make a separate user guide, it is nothing but guideline or path to conduct that process. The way you are doing it in SAP just explain that with the help of T codes, screen shots and other details.

3) Please remember that aim of this document is any user should be able to do that process referring the information given in your guide.

ex. if you want to make user guide for Receiving inspection then do following :

First write the details about the process >> Go to QA32 Transaction take screen shot of it and paste it in document, show that one can access the transaction in two ways one by putting the T code and other through SAP easy access tree. Then put selection criterion in QA32 screen and again take screen shot >> then select the desired lot >> go to result recording tab >> do result recording for MIC's >> then save the results >> again select the lot and click User decision tab >> give user decision >> go to stock posting tab >> post the stock to unrestricted / block and save >> check the stock in MMBE, stock should be in Unrestricted. Just describe the each steps with one or two lines and attach the screen shot for each step, that is all your user guide is ready.

Hi,

Are you asking about end user documents / training documents?

Normally end user documents will be prepared according to the client's business scenarios. End user document is a step by step procedure of business process with screen shots to be followed by the user.

Rajarao.
