Menu bar missing

Dear Team,

When we view hyperlink data in InfoView, normally the "Menu Bar" will be disappeared. Is there any way we can enable the menu bar?

We require this as when we right click on the doc and try to save it, the only options available is "Export to MS Excel"

we require "save as..." options which only availabe at the menu bar.

Can someone help...

Issue resolved, it was due to dns.
