Hi All

Scenario is: File to IDOC

I have around 20 interfaces running on production. All scenarios are working fine except one scenario.

Science morning File is getting picked up by XI from FTP but when i see in moni all messages are showing in "Scheduled for Outbound Processing" dont know why this thing is happening particularly for one Scenario.

Please suggest me what can be done.

I have already restarted the XI and already checked SMQ1 and SMQ2.

Hi

The prob was due to message scheduling in SXMB_ADM --> Configure Sender/receiver ID.

Somebody accidently created it which should not be present here according to our requirement.

Hello Flok,

Check the queues using transactions SMQ1 (outbound)/SMQ2 (inbound). Resolve the displayed errors. You can cancel the messages from SXMB_MONI. Execute LUW if necessary and avoid deleting entries manually

Hi

If the status is "Scheduled for Outbound processing" ,then message has not been processed yet and is still in the queue. Have you checked transaction SM58?

Some times when we execute interface with large volume of

data, then in moni message shows as 'message schedule for out bound processing' because of large volume of data, so many entries will struck in the que( SMQ1 or SMQ2).

u need to release the queues.

Abhijit

Hi,

Did you checked any queues got stuck in the Production box...(SMQ2)

May be because of them the other queues like your interface is in waiting state...

Scheduled for Outbound Processing will come into picture after receiver determination step in pipeline steps complete successfully. So check your all objects of your interface existed in production or not. double click on outbound interface, inbound interface, interface mapping in ID so that it will open these objects in IR automatically.

thanks,
