error configuring NWA for double stack system in PI 710

Hello,

I am configuring NWA for double stack system, on the landscape page it give ERROR: THE CCMS AGENTS IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Please help me relove this problem..

Hi,

If you are using a windows based OS, CCMS agents run as OS service. Please check if they are started.
