Hi, in qs21 we defined single result and samplying procedure as 100%thru control indicators for all mic's. same mic's are assigned in operations of the routing. now in results recording screen it is showing as "specs: inspection scope". in results recording what ever the order qty, it is showing as 1 only. pls advise how to rectify the same.

In the material master, a 100% inspection is planned:

If you set this indicator, two cases must be distinguished:

Checking without task list or specification

The total sample size of the created lot corresponds with the lot size.

Checking with task list or specification

The total sample size of the created lot corresponds with the lot size.

The sampling procedures stored in the inspection plan or specification are not taken into account when the sample is determined for the inspection characteristic. Instead, the system uses the rules for the sample determination which are predefined in Customizing. The sample size of the created characteristics depends on whether the base unit of measure has decimal places or not:

If the base unit of measure has decimal places, the sample size of the characteristic is always 1.

If the base unit of measure has no decimal places, 100% of the lot size in the sample units of measure (rounded up) are to be checked for the characteristic. So change settinf of CUNI. Table T006.

So go ahead with second option and check the result

Dear Yadav,

Please note that meaning of single result recording is entering result one by one and not in summerized manner. If there are 100 samples system will allow you 100 entries if it is 'single result'.

100 % sampling means whatever lot you confirm that much RR you have to do.

What is the sample size of the Inspetion lot.Is it one.?

If it is one then In customization at plant level check the setting of the "summ result recording for sample size =1"

Also make sure that all the char are required char & not optional.
