In T code LTOG item is locked

Hi Experts,

Not able to continue with TO cancelation, using t-code LT0G after reversing PGI.

1.First create SO

2.OBD

3.TO

4 .PGI

5.Billing

6.Cancel the billing

7.Reverse PGI using VL09

8.PGI

9.then reversal

10.PGi

11.Then reversal.

Now we are tryiing to Return Delivery to Stock in WM using LT0G.but item is locked

In LT0G, after entering the warehouse and delivery number, choose the Putaway View as TO Item view (radio button at the bottom of screen)
