Shipping Instruction in PO

Hi All,

Shipping instruction not picking in PO automatically.What may be the reason.

Please advice.

you need to maintain Purchasing value key with required shipping instruction in the material master, purchase view

Hi,

In IMG you can define the shipping instructions in general.

The purchasing value key is as well customizing.

You can include a shipping instruction into a purchasing value key definition. Then it will show up when you enter a purchasing value key in the purchasing view of material master.

From there it will default to a PO item. in any case you can manually add or overwrite a shipping instruction when creating a PO.
