HI Experts,
how many variables can creat on a single character.i have the requirement to creat two variable on a single charar.is it possible.if yes can u let me know the how to go further.

I got 2 different answers.. as per my knoledge..we can create any number of variables and can include also .but system takes the 1 st variable in the sequence and ignores the rest.
As per patricia we have do through local structure only.but my question is will the system consider two variables which we included in the variable screen.

Hi kundan,
You can create any number of variables for an infoobject but you can use only any one in a query.
Your requirement can be achieved as below.
Create a selection variable of type 'Multiple Single Values' on 0Calday.
Drag 0CALDAY to the column in the query designer. Drag you key figure below 0CALDAY. It will be placed in a new structure.

QTY- QTY.

Hi,
You can create two variables say VAR1, VAR2.
If you want to get:
sales org--calday1-calday2
QTY- QTY.
In the key figure structure, you have two local selections, one is 0CALDAY=VAR1, one is 0CALDAY=VAR2.
And put "sales org" to row.
Then you can type in values for VAR1 and VAR2 separately.

It is no problem to create many variables for one characteristic.
In Query Designer, go to the restriction of a char, select "variable", then choose create.
