Delivery Creation Problem (Split)

Dear Friends

sales order is having the 2 litmes with same kind of characteristics and having same shipping point , ship to, route, delivery date.

with reference to above sale order when i am trying to create delivery , it is gettting creating with first line item, 2nd line item not considering for delivery.

if i created sales order with 2nd line item alone, for this delivery i can able to create.

Can you please let us know where is the problem

Hi Raju,

Please go to VL01N --> Create a delivery --> When 1st item get copied that time a Log has been created in the upper side of screen.

Click at that Log icon and see what is the reason why delivery get split.

Also check the delivery date of both the line item in schedule lines.

When you create a Delivery of a Sales Order with two Line Items , then go to Edit > Error Log.It will show you the reason for Delivery Split for these Items.

Hi,

Please check the following data for both the items, they should be same for them

SHIP TO PARTY

INCO TERMS

DELIVERY DATE

SHIPPING POINT

ROUTE

PLANT

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

and also check the COPY CONTROL SETTINGS from ORDER TO DELIVERY in transaction code VTLA

at the ITEM CATEGORY maintain 151 as routine for order combinations
