BRBACKUP issue

Hi Techies,

Recently we are facing issue with our backups, this is happening from couple of days.

We are using HP DP tool for backup and we are using one specific user for calling backup from that tool(user with sysdba privil).

error log is showing :

Please suggest...gone through SAP note 912969, but it is for BR* tools 700 version and we are on 640.

It seems your user hp_rman has problems with sapdba role.

Did you try this:

grant sapdba to hp_rman;
