TP betweeen different UOM materials

We have three shades of threads White (1413), black(9760) and grey(9631) in different unit of measurements cone1/cone2/cone3(2500/5000/10000 MTRS). now if there is no stock in cone3 unit. How can i transfer post the cone1 material code physical stock to other unit material codes. PLZ help

I guess, this is not possible through SD or MM. The better option will be using Material Determination functionality. If the cone3 stock is not available, system will automatically determine the cone1(based on configuration) in the sales order.
