Send Email for external Data

Hi All,

In our environment, we actually create a hyperlink in InfoView so users can view external data (eg. .xls, .doc ..etc) document.

Currently we able to schedule job to execute everyday and send email to users in CR.

So, for external data as mentioned above, is it possible for BO to trigger auto email everyday?

Hello,

no - you can only shedule "BO Documents" like Crystal Repots, WebI, Deski, etc.

3rd Party Documents like .doc .xls are not able to schedule from BOE
