MSS Absent Quota Report - Blank Screen

Hello,

I need your suggestion regarding a quota overview problem we are facing.

Managers when calling the absence quota report for their reportees, its opening a new report screen but there is no data for the employees. In backend the absence quota details exists as per the HR team. Managers were able to view the absence quota reports for its employees till a month agao, but now no manager can view the absence quota report of their reportees (Its showing a blank report).

But managers can view their own absence quota report.

Can you please help us to diagonise the exact cause of the problem.

Have you made an upgrade of BP, ESS or MSS?

Please verify if don't have a mismatch on the versions:

This would be a reason for stopping to work from nowhere.
