HI:
We are using the UAR for a quarterly review of role assignments to users. Once the workflow request has been created, the Revew Due Date on the General Information tab defaults to 12/31/9999. We have checked our role dates and have updated the roles to indicate they need to be reviewed quarterly.
Is there a way to update this field on the actual request that the approvers see?

You need to create a Service Level setting on the CUP Configuration tab. I have mine set for 2 days and whenever I generate a request, the due date is automatically 2 days from the initial request date.

As mentioned by Malcolm, you will need to configure the Due date in UAR Service level through CUP Configuration.
