Xcelsius Installation - BW Technical prerequisites

Hi,

SAP NW BW 7.01 SP05 prerequisite for Xcelsius Installation, Is this true even if we use OLAP Universe as the middle ware to connect to BW queries? We are on SAP BW 7.0 and BO XI 3.1 SP2, at this point we are not ready to apply EP01 on BW but we are planning on installing Xcelsius. Could any one clarify me about prereuisites for this?

Hi,

SAP NW BW 7.01 SP05 is one of the prerequisites to use direct connection to BEx queries (SAP NetWeaver BI Connection). If you use QAAWS or any other connection type to get the data, there's no such an obligation.
