Can anyone provide me the function module for profile allocation, Thanks

In the interval meter when the device is replaced the register group differ when compare with old and new device so I need to dealloacte the profile so that i can change the register group then i can replace the device. Can anyone tell me how to do this or please provide me the function module for profile allocation (EEDM04).
