What is the role of a SAP HR functional Consultant in LSMW ?

What is the role of a SAP HR functional Consultant in building interfaces ?

hi PC,

hope u r doing good

LSMW is da job of HCM Consultant, know the MD, know da infotypes , know da Table Fields,

execute the radio buttons , simple u r done wit LSMW Data migration.

Interfaces talk wit Thirdparty softwares, so u ll trigger data fields from SAP HCM , eg: IT0001 PERNR,

they ll chek the file triggered by U or EU with dat field.

so u hav lot of role in successfull implementation of Interfaces, Tech guy need ur core support in terms of knowg da ITs, Fields in dose ITs , Date format like so, u got a pretty big job to do dat.
