No account information found

Hi Experts,

Now we are upgrading SAP CRM 5.0 to SAP CRM 7.0.

If we search on object id and confirm the ibase then the system should show account details if partner has assigned to this component, but system showing 'No account information found' in 7.0 where as it is properly working in 5.0.

We have done all the settings which are there in 5.0 but no luck.

Some one could help me with steps to get sorted out this issue.

Points will be added to the suitable answers.

Hi,

Yeah, it was said that there are some difference between CRM 7.0 and CRM 5.0 for this function.

For CRM 7.0, you might have to maintain in partner relationship assignment tab in material master data for the individual object.

If you can't find the tab, you may have to check in category assigned to the material,

you may have to add u201CParnters for Product/Individual Objectu201D in transaction COMM_HIERARCHY for "Relnship Types" for a category and assign it to the material.

And in COMM_HIERARCHY, you might consider to add "PartnDetProc" on Category tab of the above category.
