No account information found

Hi Experts,

Now we are upgrading SAP CRM 5.0 to SAP CRM 7.0.

If we search on object id and confirm the ibase then the system should show account details if partner has assigned to this component, but system showing 'No account information found' in 7.0 where as it is properly working in 5.0.

We have done all the settings which are there in 5.0 but no luck.

Some one could help me with steps to get sorted out this issue.

Points will be added to the suitable answers.
