CRM_SURVEY_SUITE transaction vs SURVEY transaction

Hello experts -

We have recently upgraded from CRM 4.0 - CRM 7.0. We have always used transction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE for creating surveys. We have discovered transaction SURVEY, which appears to have different functionality. Has anyone used this transaction? Is it supported by SAP? Any thoughts on if it is better, more flexible, etc?

Hi Jami,

SURVEY has lot of featurs which are not supported in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE. If you are creating survey for CRM system, it is better to use CRM_SURVEY_SUITE. Outside CRM, you can use SURVEY transaction. It is still supported.

Hi Satish,

I have Created Questionarie in Survey Tool for CRM(7.0), Saved and Activated. I am trying Generate the URL for that i have selected Get Option and Send Option as bsp but when i selected Get File and Send File it is showing Blank means I am unable to select the files, hence not able to crete URL for the Survey. Please Help me that where i am missing. Kindly Help me with Process Steps
