SRM 7.0 Portal problem (Portal not calling Abap stack)

Hi,

SRM 7.0..

I have installed SRM 7.0 both ABAP stack and JAVA stack and connected.

For testing If I run transaction it is working fine..

System administration>Support>SAP Application-->Transaction- BBPSC01 ( create shopping cart)

But if I am executing the same transaction via..

Content Administartion>Portal Content>Content Provided by SAP>specialist>SRM 7.0>Core>iViews>Business Objects>Shopping Cart>Create shopping cart>clicking on Preview (right click) getting below error

You are already logged on to the system in the following sessions:

Existing Logons

Client User Client Logon Time

001 SRMUSER 220.220.220.20 20:50:14

Cancel all existing logons

Continue

Both the options not working (i.e 1)Cancel all existing logons 2) without Cancel all existing logons

Please suggest what needs to be checked
