My exact question is All the applications in Content Administration of Webdynpro components are W4J or W4A.

Please clarify.

Hi Devender,

You can check the iview object properties for WD Application iview OR URL parameters.

>My exact question is All the applications in Content Administration of Webdynpro components are W4J or W4A.

it depends on, it might be mixed of W4J or W4A...verify same as above or check the Content administration >> Web Dynpro >> Search application >> check the properties under different tabs.

Hope it helps

Hi Devender,

In NW 7.1, you can use the "Technical Info" context menu entry to identify the Web Dynpro flavour.

Refre link:-

At the time of iView creation you can define Web Dynpro Platform whether you want to create a Web Dynpro for Java or Web Dynpro for ABAP iView:-

Step 1>iView template - create an iView from an existing iView template

Step 2>SAP Web Dynpro iView

Step 3>At the time of iView creation you can define Web Dynpro Platform whether you want to create a Web Dynpro for Java or Web Dynpro for ABAP iView then Enter the parameters of the Web Dynpro application for which you want to create the iView and rest of the details.

Hope this will help you...

Hi Devender,

You can check -

1 - In Web Dynpro Content Administrator through the deployed Web Dynpro Contents

2 - For additional details look up for "Technical Data" in SAP Help ie whether it is Java/ABAP for the required WD Development Component (object).

Cheers,

Dhanz
