Quota deduction on holiday

Hi

if any employee has applied for a leave on some date and it has approved and quota also had been deducted.now on the same date some movable holiday has been declared.hence the quota shoud not not be deducted on that day which already deducted.how can we reset the abesence (not manuval deletion in 2001) to donot deduct the quota on holiday.

Use this Tcode : PT_UPD00 - Recalculate Attendance/Absence Records

The program creates a batch input session for revaluating absence and attendance records. A revaluation can be necessary if work schedule data on which the valuation is based changes after the absence or attendance is entered, for example.

The relevant absence or attendance records are saved when the batch input session is processed, and the absence or attendance data is revaluated.

can we correct the quota by using 2013 Quota Corrections infotype ?

Hi,

After changing holiday calendar, generate work schedule and rerun time evaluation. System will consider absence as holiday in this case.

hi

i generated all WSR after changing the holiday calender.but my client dont have time evalution.

still the absence is getting deducted from quota where it do not deduct on holiday.

Dear Lakshmi,

IF u all ready change the holiday class of that day please using pa30 go to that entry in 2001 and edit without any change and save it.
