SAPKB70012 stuck in import_proper phase

Dear,

We have installed ECC6.0 system with Oracle10.2. Our Kernel release 700

SP201.

While installing BASIS Support package SAPKB70012 the upgrade is stuck

in phase import_proper.

Action Log has error

" Packages in the queue don't exist in the tp buffer (e.g. SAPKB70012)

Abort the import due to an error situation (12.04.2010, 11:55:00)"

TP System log has error

"ERROR: Background job RDDIMPDP is not scheduled. Please run

report RDDNEWPP.

ERROR: I'm waiting 100 sec (Count: 19).

WARNING: (This warning is harmless if no further warnings

follow.)"

We are not able to schedule the job through SE38/SA38/SM37 as most of

the BASIS tcodes are giving ABAP dump.

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "SAPLSALV" had to be terminated because

it has

come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

The following syntax error occurred in program "SAPLKKBL " in

include "LKKBL

" in

line 621:

"The data object "LS_SORT" does not have a component

called "COLCOUNT".""

This is an update on the earlier issue we tried to import the patch

from OS level and encounterd the following error:

This is tp version 372.04.57 (release 700, unicode enabled)

Can you please run the following command from the OS ?

tp r3i SAPKB70012 <SID> pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL<space>

-Dclientcascade=yes<space>-Dstoponerror=8<space>-Drepeatonerror=8<space>

-Dsourcesystems=<space>tag=SPAM

Please run the command all in one line - I have put <space> in where

one space should be made.

Then restart SPAM.

Error logs are showing that RDDIMPDP job is not running.

Schedule the same job/program (RDDIMPDP) for every 2 minutes, also you can try to execute the same in SE38 and then try.

This job should be scheduled periodically(Use SM36 for same).

Try same and revert back the status.

Hi Atul,

R3trans finished (0012).

ERROR: stopping on error 12 during MAIN IMPORT

first you need to identify the issue which related to DB. above u could see that R3trans result is nagative.

do one thing just run the command R3trans -d with <SID>adm user and check the trans.log.

There you can get the clear Error instructions. like sql error codes 2001 etc etc....

pleae go through the below note..
