Entries in T185*

I have copied Standard program SAPMJG07 to SAPMZVJG07 and I also copied the standard transaction associated with this program from JGA0 - > ZVJGA0 and JGA1 - > ZVJA1.

To get those transaction to work properly I have to make entries in T185* tables.I tried to put entries in these tables by executing VFBS. But while entring new value I am getting error message "Specify the key within the work area" Message no. SV033

Diagnosis

You have attempted to create an entry whose key is not in the range defined for this area.

System Response

The entry cannot be created.

Procedure

Please check your entry.

Any suggestion please.

I just found that it might be because of Character length.

What table are you filling when you get that error message: T185F, T185, T185V, T185D, T185E, TAXITABS ?

look at OSS, there are several Notes to SV033.

Do not enter the program name on the first screen SAPMJG07. Leave the field empty! Otherwise you may only create entries in name range SAPMJG07.
