Incorrect Approver name in ESS leave request screen

Dear All ,

I am facing problem in ESS leave request . In leave request screen in ESS it is not showing correct reporting manager in Approver field which is maintained in OM , instead of that some other employee's name is appearing .

Report RPTREQAPPRCHK shows correct reporting manager as per OM . but in leave request screen it does not show the correct manager name .

Please provide your inputs to resolve this issue .

Hi Archana

In table V_PTARQ_TPROCESS is the associated approval rule group setting "Determine Next Agent" set to Line Manager

- any other setting could pick up previous approvers (substitutes, previous managers or the last person in the workflow)
