changes to PO

Hi All,

Is it possible to correct purchase order price after done all process from good receipt to invoice verification, delivery cost positng?

What all values can be changed in PO, and will it have any impact.

It will have some impact from a reporting point of view e.g. PO v invoiced value so you need to consider that but it won't have any impact from a posting/financial point of view.

yes you can change, but what purpose? as you said GR, IV already done.

If it is open PO it will effect further process. But no effect on already created documents.

if the PO price is determined from last PO, then it makes sense to correct the PO price (if it was not correct before) even GR and IR have already been done.

Yes you can change the PO value , but for that you have to cancel all GR & IR entry against that PO .

If you want changes for further GR & IR you can add new line item with new price .

Yes, yuo can get the PO price changed, but it will not have any impact on already existing GR and IR documents. To have impact on them, you need to cancel those documents and recreate them referring the changed PO and then you will have impact on those documents.
