MRP Problem

hi! All

Ran MRP for a material through MD02 today with NETCH, 3,3,1,3 but while checking the Rescheduling Date with exception flag 30 iin MD04 the dates are in past and there is no Pldord for the current Date & some of the pldord are without Rescheduling Dates why is it so, what it indicates.

How to solve the problem.

Dear,

While doing MRP run; in MRP Control Parameters 'scheduling' should be '2' in order to carry out lead time scheduling in planned order, other wise only basic dates will be determined in planned order and scheduling tab will not come.

You have only mentioned NETCH 3,3,1,3 and then comes scheduling. Check what are you passing in that.

hi! Thanks for your reply.

Even when i run MRP thro' MD02 with - 3 3 1 3 2 options . . . . planned order been generated for Past dates and not for the current date with the exception flag 30 and not 10. why is it so . .

and after running MRP in MD02 it shows its result as some values - Material its read time and BOm what does BOM defines here. can you explain me.

For some materials this BOM value is zero. why is it so.
