Attachments in PR and PO

Hi all,

When we attach documents in EBP, this documents are not transfer to R3.

We have implemented the steps in “Self- Service Procurement: Configuration Guide with SAP Catalog Content Management 2.0”.

In R3 we can see the attached name, but not the document itself.

Somebody knows what could be going wrong?

Is it resolved. I am getting same issue. Document name is comuing to PR but not file. Please let me know asap ,it is very urgent.

Hi San,

if you say "In R3 we can see the attached name, but not the document itself."

Then the balanced seetings must be in DC10 & DC30 in R/3

In DC30 for the required file type do the settings e.g.

WS appln =XLS

Description= MS excel

Archieve Idn=*

File suffix=xls

file format=*.xls

Mime type=application/msexcel

appl icon=(select sxcel icon)

Hi San

do remenber you have to activate the BADI in SRM

BBP_CREATE_REQ_BACK with method FILL_REQ_INTERFACE

and then do the settings in DC10 and DC30

DC10 - create a Document type for SRM

DC30 - Maintain all relevant extensions
