Sales Order Header text need to pull to Purchase Order header text

Hi all,

I have requirement there i need to pull Sales Order Header text need to pull to Purchase Order header text, can any one guide me its possible in standard SAP

Hi Rajesh,

Unfortunately the functionality you require does not exist in the

Standard system.

The PO may content more positions which refer to several sales orders. So it doesn't makes sense to copy

the header text into the PO.

if sales order header text not possible to pull in purchase order. can we copy sales order header text in sales order item text ?

Hi Rajesh,

I'm sorry but it is also not possible to copy the header text into item for the same sales order in the standard

system. With the source VBBK you can take over a text from preceding document.

Further it is standard that text objects on head (VBBK) and/or from

position level (VBBP) are attached at copying conditions.

Header texts can be copied only into the item lists, if this header

text already exists in a preceding document. So far to SAP the standard

behavior.

However there is different possibilities for you still of transferring

this text to the positions.For example could let the text determination run in the user exit.

Hi Rajesh,

You could try MV45AFZB FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_ME_REQ.

However I could not guarantee that the userexit could fulfill your requirement.
