Messages Missing in sxmb_moni

Hi every one,

There are some messages missing in sxmb_moni? I have checked the queues: smq1, smq2

1) Check Adapter monitoring - is it is success then

2) CHeck the Message Monitoring

I think message is not reached to Integration Engine..

Hey naveen,

did u check whether someone accidentally removed tracelevel option in sxmb_adm ? if that exists then u can count on some thing not reaching integration engine ,

check RWB it will be a better option to see what does it record.

Have you checked in Adapeter monitoring and Message display tool. If not try once there and let us know? Also if you are using File Adapter and if there is problem in File Content Converison sometimes we dont see the error messages. Also can you check in SXMB_MONI whether you are getting any error or not?

are you sure those messages should be in the XI?

do you see your message in:

http://hostname:portnumber/MessagingSystem/monitor/monitor.jsp

Michal,

we had some msgs of the same type stared at around 15.00 hrs and we were able to see both request and response(both async). The msgs started around 17.30hrs, we were not able to see the response.

We could not see them in <b>sxmb_moni</b>.

are you sure they were delivered to the XI ?

you cna check in the messagigng system

(link in my prevous mail)

probably the messages didn't reach the XI
