Certificate on Delivery

Hi All,

We have a scenario where we are printing Certificate of analysis for Delivery (Item Level).

The query is that to print or get the output everytime we have to go to VL02N ( change Outbound delivery) to generate the output.

Only after that we are able to print through transaction QC20.

The requirement is we should be able to print certificates directly through QC20. We tried uring Printing Mode 1/2 , but doesn't work unless we generate once from VL02n.

Are there some Config. settings involved. Kindly suggest.

Hi,

Try this,

Maintain Output determination procedure for delivery at item level as follows,

Logistics Execution --> Shipping --> Basic Shipping functions --> Output control --> Output determination --> Maintain Output Determination for Outbound Deliveries --> Maintain Output Determination Procedure.

Condition type - LQCB

Assign the Output determination procedure to your item category of the delivery.
