Duties and roles of different stakeholders

Dear Faculty,

Iu2019m a student from Hong Kong Polytechnic University - Msc. of Knowledge Management. We are doing a project for the Knowledge Community. Would like to share SAP - UAC success factors on the duties and roles of different stakeholders.

1. The moderators and facilitators roles and duties.

2. Any guidelines on handling the post script.

3. How to handle abused script post on the forum or article distribution

4. Any filtering mechanism automatically or manually on the knowledge sharing.
