Enable Business Area Balance Sheet Statements in SPRO. Also for Bank & Tax Accounts Write a substitution from OBBH to replace Corporate Business Area for all blank ones. Also in the GL Account Field status group, keep Business Area as a mandatory field.
You can achive through OB28 but check whether bsuiness want cross business area entries or not. If they want cross business area entries my best solution is through field status only. Make mandatory filed GSBER in all levels.
You can create a validation in OB28 where you can have prerequisite as your Co Code where you want to have the Business area to be required and in Check write this BSEG-GSBER <> ''
