How many positions are attached to a job?

I know that we can assign many positions to a job but what is the best practice in the business.

I don't think there is any best practise.

It all depends on the requirements.

In order to make sure that there are no un used position you can use the vacancy infotype so that you can use that position further.

Hi Jess

The best practice for Jobs to Position relationship is "One to Many". And the same for Position to Person is "One to one".
