is it possible to assign a project to TRs already released? Those TRs are already in quality system and now they must be imported in preproduction system via ChaRM which is completed only now.
The other option could be, withdraw this change request and create a new change request with the correct project, and merge this released TR with the new transport request.
No you cannot assign a project to a request that is already released (Non Modifiable). remove project mandatory setting in SE03 (if maintained) and manually move them using STMS.
