I have attached the error I am getting while copying the GL accounts

I am getting the below error while copying the GL accounts from Co. Code 0001 and 1000 to Co. Codes created by me.

" " is not a valid language

Message no. TK295

Diagnosis

A key with the language " " was specified for table "SKAS". This is not a valid language.

This applied to field "SPRAS"

System response

The system rejects the key.

Procedure

Enter a valid language. This is usually the language you logged on in.

You logged on in language "EN"

Table T002 contains a list of valid languages.

Please help.

Hi,

Check your logon language.

If its "EN" then check whether the language is maintained in table T002 (Tcode: SE16), here the Language filed should be "E".

Then also check table "SKAS" (Tcode: SE16), check for your chart of accounts the language "E" is maintained.

If you have any issues take help of your basis consultant.

Hi Prasad,

Thanks for your help.

For some of the G/L accounts in COA INT the language is P.

I feel those needs to be changed to E to resolve the issue.

Could you please help on how to change the language key for the G/L accounts in COA INT from P to E?

OR

if you know any basis professional, could you please forward this issue to him for resolution?

Hi,

Go to FS00 and add language Key "EN" to all those GLs in COA "INT".

Mass update is not available.

Hi Vikas,

You need to add Language E for the G/L Accounts where it is having only P in COA INT. You can use TCode FSP0 for this purpose.
