Creating the Auto PO Steps :

MM01 : Create Material

in Purchasing screen activate

Source list

Auto PO indicator:Purchasing View

XK01 : Create the vendor

in purchasing data : Auto PO indicator should be ticked

ME11 : Info record

SE01 : Source list

ME51N : Create Purchase requisition

ME57: Assign Source automatically.

ME59 : Automatic Via Purchase requisition

( execute).

In po that is two process ,manual and automatic

1.manual , we are creating

2.automation system will create

what are the procedure of system will create automatically

can tell me the step , what are the setting in views
