TDS on Scrap Sales

Normaly Scap Sales will attract TCS, is ther any cases - Scrap Sales will attract TDS? I

The main difference between these two is that

TDS is a expense for a company whereas TCS is a revenue for the company.

As you rightly said, during scrap sales, we collect TCS sales

Dear Lakshmipathi,

Thank you your valuable inputs, but one of my discussion this point was come up, Some time Scrap Sales also will Deducated TDS by the Customer. That what i have a doubt.
