Reversal of Asset with posted Depreciation

Dear Gurus,

I have capitalized a Asset in the Nov-09 and the Deprecaiton has run upto March-10. Now due to some decision, i have to reverse that asset. I have following concern-

1. How can we reverse the Asset?

2. How can we revese the posted Depreciation against that asset from Nov-09 to Mar-10?

By using Tcode AB08 you can reverse the asset document.

The Asset Value Date at the time of reversal will determine the Depreciation reversal. It will automatically have an effect on the Accumulated Depreciation.

Will this accumulated depriciation not have a negative impact on the books of accounts asthe asset is reversed.please let me know as i need the answer.
