Password not send in CUP

Hi Guys! Any of you have idea why when I create a new acount, the mail with the new password is not send to the user ??

In Email Reminder (CUP) I`ve configured send password by email = Yes.

Hi,

did you check:

Configuration Tab -->Workflow section --> Email Reminder --> Closing tab:

Closing: X User

Send Password in mail : YES

The system finally send the mail ! But it sent in the following way :

ID : PRUEBA8

Password: {@sU5gMGv+w{4FM$BTnAnXhv9cxQ=Sa{xD8HqJ$x

Any of you know how can I do to not see it encrypt ??

actually this is your new password, which is not encrypted. This is generated via the SU01 password wizard

you have to make sure you've put in an SMTP in CUP/Config/Workflow/SMTP Server. Than make sure that mail-server gets the mail delivered.

Thanks for your replay but my problem is:

The mail is send (I congured to send a Closing Mail) , but I would like that in the mail the inicial password for the new acount were inclued...

Any ideas??
