Problem in SAP_BASIS support packages import

Hi All,

We installes SAP ERP 6.0 SR3 ABAP+JAVA(Central instance).

We are trying to import SAP_BASIS service packs from SP13 to SP14, SP15....

we started import through spam in the down status it is showing 'CMDIMPORT finished with returncode 0'

We opened MMC and checked work processsers

ALL DIA showing

Program SAPMSSY1 client 001 User PILDUSER Time 7000

SP) showing

Program 'job activation' client 000 User SAPSYS Action Update Table TSPOPTIONS

How to resolve this issue ?

How to find the problem?

What are the logs i have to check?

SPAM got Struck?

Hello,

The message 'CMDIMPORT finished with returncode 0' means at least one SP in the SPAm has finished the commnad import.

I assume the system is hanging at this moment. The abnomal status in MMC shows the user PILDUSER in client 000 is causing some problem. During the import of BASIS SPs, you'd bettwe have all users log out.

At this point, I would recommend you to restart the instance. make sure there's no TP process hanging before you start the instance again. After that, you can either continue with the SPAM import, or reset the SPAM queue and start all over. You're in comman dimport phase, and reset of queue is possible.
