Bid invitation not get published

Hi Experts,

We are in to SRM 5.0 Extended Classic Scenario. I have created RFQ Shopping cart . As per the process, Once the RFQ SC got approved, Bid invitation has to be published and send it to Vendor's.

But now the status of the Bid invitation was in Held status. I got the following standard SAP error message.

"Message not found (in main memory) "

Kindly advice how to get publish the bid ?

See if the data of the supplier are complete, If yes, test with other supplier the publication of the bid invitation.

Could you please tell me how to check the supplier data , whether its having any missing or erroneous data ?

Pedros answer sounds good i guess.

I assume that there is a problem with the vendors emailadress.

Please check note 1384775. After that you should get a more clear error message in your test system then the one reported.

I just can make assumptions as the data provided is not enough to make a clear statement.

I have found the email address was missing after its got maintained, the error was got displayed .
