Needs to be delete tax code in TRIP

Hi Friends,

We have an issue that relates to travel management:

We have 2 countries(NZ & UK) and 2 co codes (2000 & 2001). We have defined tax codes separately for each country is follows

UK: X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6

NZ: Z1, Z2, Z3

While i am posting travel exps in TC: TRIP for NZ employees, under input tax column from drop down i am able to see 4 tax codes (Z1, Z2, Z3, X4). But actually there are 3 codes only. Out of this i want to deactivate/delete tax code X4 from the drop down but when i am checking FTXP i can able to see only 3 tax codes i.e., Z1,Z2,Z3.

How its possible and how should i delete that tax code? is there any link between tax code and country or co code?
