transportation of plng areas in bps

i have two plng areas and upon this one mult plng area(MPA). Upon MPA plng folder built. i have to transport this model to production.

i have transported two transactional cubes to production. now i have to move plng areas & then MPA. first i have to move 2 plng areas and then mulitprovder. And after i have to transport plng folder? is sequence correct. can i store 2 plng areas in same customizing req. Or can i put all plng areas(2 plng area + one MPA) in single customizing req? For plng folder it's single req.
