Country Field not displayed in XD03 and VD03

Hi,

I have a unique problem, in which field country is visible in creation and change transactions of Customer master, but not in display. I have searched SDN. Mr. Fernando has gone through the same problem already. But no solutions were posted for this issue.

I have checked the field status in all the places. OVT0, OBD2, OB20 all are right. There are no user exits also.

This is happening for the particular account group. In order to check, I have created a new account group. Now the problem is there in all the new accountgroups created.

Please throw some light on this issue. I am really confused. Your inputs will be definitely helpful.

Hi Vijay,

For your issue, I suggest you to apply report Z_NOTE_326709, from note

326709 to correct the field in T007D table.

Besides correcting LAND1 field, it will

also correct field SPRAS, that contains language data.

This should solve the issue after report implementation.

I am also facing same problem.

Country field is visible in xd02 and xd01, but not in xd03 for a particular account group.

I have checked setting of this account group is correct.

Since you had also faced similar issue, please suggest how were you able to solve it.

I think the note mentioned by Alex may be onto something. Please check if the account in question is a one-time account. If all else fails, debug the screen's PBO module. In ECC 6.0 it's program SAPLSZA1, screen 301. MODULE d0100_output is where the screen fields are modified, it seems.

This requirement is not possible by using Exit, becasue Customer Master is not having Screen Exit.

There is only one option you can satisfy this requirement is Transaction Variant SHDO...

It could be due to Transaction Variant as here you can hide or display the required fields as per the Requirements.

Go to SHD0 with Transaction Code as XD03 & run .Here might be field Country in activated in Invisible.

By Country do you mean the LAND1 field? OB20 is where I would look, but Country is not even available there. I don't think it can be disabled, other than by some user exit gone mad. What release are you in?

Hi Jelena,

It is LAND1 only. As you said, this field is not even there in OB20. I have checked the userexits also. Only one is there for Customer Master. It is also written for some other account group, not for the one mentioned.

So, no idea, which one is disabling this in Display. The version is SAP 4.7
