Dear SAP Expert,

./STARTUP jce_policy_zip=/sapepi/jce_policy-1.5.0.zip, and then open web browser at: http://myserver:4239. Click on link Start EHP Installer Prontend (SDTGui), it open a dialog. I choose save it. It not launch the EHP Installer.

Please give me solution for this.

Many thanks,

Hoa Le

If the startup is still running, you can execute ./DSUGui from another session. Via this session you can connect to the process.

Hi,

I haven't used the SAPehpi but if I'm not mistaken you need to open the file with Java Web Start not "save it". You need to make sure you have Java 1.5 installed on your machine/client and as a test you can visit http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/deployment/webstart/deploying.html and click on "Launch" to see if it launches the demo. Once you have that setup and working then SAPehpi should work fine. Otherwise use the alternative "Starting GUI on host" option(/sdt/exe/DSUGui) instead of trying to start it via your web browser.
