making the configuration of our service desk in SOLMAN, i'm facing "SLFN" i would like what is hidded behind this, what that means exactly

Hi,
SLFN is the transaction type for Service Desk. It includes all the profiles, status, action, partner schema and text determination procedure, number ranges etc. Any configuration you want to do to your service desk, you need to do it using the transaction type only.
As a quick step, you can go to the scenario specific settings for SAP solution Manager in SPRO, and extended configuration -> change Transactions -> Transaction types.

Sneha.

Hi,
SLFN is a transaction type. This defines all actions related to a particular configuration for business. You may please read the documentation available in the below path for details:
SPRO->Customer Relationship ManagementTransactions.
