Following error occurs when going for result recording. Please guide

Results recording cannot be carried out for this operation. The results recording call and the task list specifications are not consistent with one another. It is likely that the inspection point definition in the task list header is incompatible with the sampling procedure assigned to the characteristic.

Hi Kailash,

This might be case when you had assigned the inspection point in the task list in the last.

Now what would have happened is that the sampling procedure you had assigned does not support the inspection point and thus the error.

To resolve the error, in the task list, change sampling procedure in which the value for inspection point is "free inspection point" instead of "without inspection point".

And then try again with the new lot.

whatever inspection point you are using make sure that you are using sampling procedure of the same type only say free defined inspection point only.

Also make sure that you apply the sampling procedure to each individual chars .
